She Will Be Remembered For Nothing

Do you ever cry about things inexplicably? I'm a girl: It's part of the definition, I suppose.

Everyone dies. It's just how life is. There seems to be no sense or reason in anything, sometimes. I wear these funny underwear, but some days I just don't know if I believe in any of it.

Read several "wow, general conference was inspiring" updates ... I was making balloon animals (and making bank baby).

Today may be my last day off ever. I have like five jobs now. Five is my favorite number.

1. Mom
2. Wife
3. Amazing Balloon Artist
4. Preschool Teacher
5. Singer in a Band

I've forgotten how to blog. Was there anything important I needed to say?

I blog because I wanna be remembered. Tho it is nothing.

Just feeling so overwhelmed with the responsibility of living.

I'm gonna back to singing sweet sad songs.

7 Brilliant Bits of Inspiration:

I was just thinking about you the other day . . . wondering how you guys were settling in and if you were ever coming back to the blog.

Glad to hear from you!

You certainly have a lot on your plate! (Uhm, that is not a weight joke... really. It is completely figurative. Although when I say I have a lot on MY plate, it could be taken literally.)

I know how you feel, I blog to be remembered. I wrote a "I love conference" post, but then I took it down. For a lot of reasons. This will probably come across as totally stalkerish, but I REALLY miss your blog. If you blog for no one else, blog for me! It keeps me sane and I love how real you are. Also, I love how you usually say what I am thinking.

You do seem so overwhelmed and drained. I wish I could send my sister (Lolee) out to visit you. She has always been my best cure the blues.

Whether I loved Conference or not, I was not going to blog about it. It's such a fine line between genuine sharing and perception management. I think so many are so used to it that they don't even see that it IS perception management.

One of the talks I listened to I loved (teens). The other, I absolutely cringed and thought it was an extremely stupid move and I didn't agree with the content.

The Hubs and I keep joking that we're going to form "The Normans" and only charge 7.5% tithing and make all sorts of changes. We're joking but I'm pretty sure most of my blog friends wouldn't find it funny. So keep blogging so I can enjoy being associated with ALL types of folks- even the hopeful doubters like me.

It was a mixed bag for me, too. But one talk in particular was so perfect for the situation I find myself in, it more than adequately compensated for any time spent listening to messages that don't currently apply.

I'm feeling moon river-y myself and I miss your blog. How are you? Wonderful, I hope. Love ya!
