Did you hear? BOTH Hillary and McCain have a brilliant plan for summer gas price relief - suspend the $0.18/gallon federal tax! WOW! That means, when I fill up my gas loving minivan instead of $55.37, I will save (hold on, need calculator...) WOWOW about $3! Incredible. And if I fill up every other week from memorial day to labor day ... and I'll add a few fill ups just in case we goto SLC or something so, say 10 times ... McCain and/or Hillary will have "given" me a super budget helping $30!! Thanks you guys. Of course, it won't be THIS summer, and by next summer gas will be even more expensive ... or obsolete. So ... thanks for trying to buy my vote y'all.
Barack says it's a gimmick ... $30 is no gimmick! $30 is ONE date night! Or half a fill-up free. Or, oooh, a new pair of shoes!
Who cares what Obama's crazy racist pastor guy thinks ... I disagree with all kinds of things the leaders of my church say (well, not so much the highest leaders, but the local leaders sometimes ... hmmm maybe that's why they fired me as Primary teacher with no warning, nothing. I'll blog on that later, when I'm less upset), but I still go every week.
Vote Obama. I mean it. Don't fall for McCain or Clinton's monitary illusions of caring, relief and change...
