Thursday is Valentines Day

And I got a babysitter! Oh yes!

(My favorite indulgence at Valentine's Day, before and after, is cinnamon gummy candy. Preferably in the lip shape, but bear shaped is acceptable. And not too fresh; I want work at it for a while and find bits still in my teeth many minutes later.)

But I'm not sure what to do whilst I have a babysitter on Valentine's Day - we've got Christmas gift cards to Olive Garden and Barnes and Noble, but that doesn't seem special.

Any good movies playing? Juno? That's the one with the knocked up girl, right? Maybe ... Jumper doesn't open 'til Friday and the rest is utter shite (be sure to pronounce that last word with a British or Scottish accent, not American!). Welcome Home Resco Jenkins? PLEASE! Fools' Gold? An apropo title, the millions this movie has made came directly from fools. HEY HOLLYWOOD: JUST BECAUSE A MOVIE MAKE S A LOT OF MOVIE DOES NOT MEAN IT IS A GOOD MOVIE. We just have no way to get our money back from stupid movies - so you report your film as a blockbuster hit and more people keep going to it, BUT NOT ME! I read reviews and I only have a babysitter rarely so I will NOT be duped. Stupid movie makers can't put out a decent flick the one time I have a babysitter on Valentine's Days, ha! Figures. Well I don't want to stay home. That's where the kids'll be ... Greg's not big on roller skating. Or anything physical. Golf is out as airline tickets to AZ are expensive. Crap. It seems that Olive Garden and Barnes and Noble are the only option.

And, it made me smile, here is Crichton and his little friend, who is the cutest little blondy, and has an identical twin, from down the street. They have climbed the dog house in our back yard to look at either the spectacular snowy mountain view or the dead squirrel in the neighbors back yard.Either way, cute, huh.

Tune in next time when I will be addressing how annoying it is when people expect everyone to make exceptions for THEIR precious child. Also, how important it is to teach your child to take what life gives them.

Juno is a really great movie, it is so funny and sweet, I think you'd REALLY like it, Brandy!
