You heard the scandal, right? John McCain had some nefarious relationship with some lobbyist or intern or whatever. New York Times broke the "news." I just think, eww, gross, he's like 80 ... come on girls! Let's do something better with our lives than skank up on old political guys and hold on to the evidence until we can make a few thousand.
Mamas: don't let your daughters grow up to be interns. I don't care if this latest pile of rubbish is true or not - this is the dirt digging, mud slinging waste of time the news always reports. I'm much more concerned with the economy and education and the war and, y'know, THE REAL ISSUES at hand, but if the Times is tired of reporting the same crappy rhetoric with no substance (cuz I know I've stopped listening, how much can a girl take?) well, fine, let the masses be shocked and appalled. We've heard it all before, what do you really expect?
I wasn't voting for him anyway ... next, I'm sure we'll hear about some Obama or Clinton scandal. It's not news, boys and girls. I'll never be a politician ... really I guess I'm just biding my time til Jesus steps up for the Dem nomination (or is he Independent? - Pretty sure He's not gonna get it if He goes republican, too much with the love thy neighbor and love thy enemy bits. Not sure where He stands on welfare, but I'm thinking he'd be generous).
Blah, get the kids ready, coming up, something about the word schizophrenogenic wants to be written. And I'm doing my homework .. .good heavens am I.
